Two ready-made endpoints for Booking.com. `GET /booking/search` takes a destination and an optional stay and returns the properties on the first page of results, one row per card. `GET /booking/hotel` reads one property page into a single object — price and room prices as `{ amount, currency, original, discount }`, rating as `{ score, word, count }`, facilities grouped as the page groups them, plus points of interest, review subscores, featured reviews and questions.
